Our members are the lifeblood of Aurora Players, allowing us to bring live theater to the community for over three generations. There are many benefits to becoming a member, including:

RESERVED SEATING – There were nine sold out performances during HAIR and CLUE: On Stage last season, leaving many theater lovers disappointed, so don’t be left out! When you are a Member of Aurora Players, you get to reserve your seats for every show before the tickets go on sale to the general public. Early access to tickets begins August 15th, 2022.

VOTING – When you are a Member of Aurora Players, you have a say in who is elected to our Board of Directors and who receives an award for their performance at the annual banquet. Your vote helps guide the future of the organization and it’s so special to know that you have a voice in an organization that you support and love!

SHOW & AUDITION ANNOUNCEMENTS – Members get the scoop on shows and auditions before the general public. That’s a huge advantage when it comes to purchasing tickets for a show you’re eager to see and preparing for an audition in a production you’re excited to participate in!

SRO – To keep you in the loop as a Member, you will receive a subscription to the SRO (“Standing Room Only”), our newsletter with up-to-date information and announcements! The SRO is offered electronically via email and/or as a paper copy sent to your home.

MEETINGS & EVENTS – If you’re interested in having your voice heard as a Member, you are invited to our quarterly membership meetings where you get a chance to meet with the Board of Directors and other members to discuss all aspects of Aurora Players. Members are also welcome to attend our annual banquet held in September where you’ll be able to celebrate another successful season.
