Covid-19 Health and Safety Policy

Masks are no longer required to be worn during shows. 

Temperatures will be taken upon entering the theatre. Anyone having a temperature of 100.1 or more will not be allowed to enter.  

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the lobby.

Concessions will not be operating during performances at this time, for the health and safety of our patrons, staff, cast, and crew. No outside food or beverage will be allowed in the theatre.

All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under two are not permitted in the theatre.

Aurora Players policies will continue to evolve as conditions change. Aurora Players will follow the safety protocols from the CDC, New York State, and Erie County. We will continue to keep patrons informed.

Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning Systems Aurora Players uses MERV13a air filters in each of its HVAC units at the theatre. 


The Value of Your Ticket is Safe!

  • If you are not feeling well the day of your performance, please stay home and contact the box office at (716) 687-6727 to review your ticketing options.
  • In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to exchange into an alternate performance, a credit for a future performance, or receive a refund.
  • If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date. If you are unable to attend the new date, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
