CANCELLATION NOTICE

Hello Members,


As you are aware, the November General Membership Meeting is scheduled for this evening. However, with the continued travel bans and winter weather, the Board has decided to cancel the meeting. The timing of things with Thanksgiving and the Holiday Fundraiser show's rehearsals make rescheduling the meeting very difficult. The election is the primary activity for this meeting and we can accomplish this without having to meet. We have discussed the situation with Nominating Chair, Tom Durham and have decided to hold the election by mail-in ballot. If you have already returned your absentee ballot, you do not need to do anything else at this time.


You will the link to the ballot at the bottom of this page. Please download and print one ballot for each member in good standing in your home (14 yrs old, member for at least a month and dues paid). If you have any questions regarding your membership status, please contact Tom Durham at 652-6789 or Pete Taylor at 553-4413. Once you have completed your ballot, please return it to Aurora Players PO Box 206, East Aurora NY 14052. There are two critical points to observe: First, you must include your return address and the word "Ballot" on the envelope only. If you do not include your name (first and last), your vote won't count. We will verify eligibility and once that has occurred, the envelopes will be discarded. Second, the envelope must be postmarked by December 12 (disregard the date on the ballot as this was set for the meeting date). Any envelopes postmarked after December 12 will be discarded. Votes will be counted on December 19th and results will be posted on the website and Facebook.
